  We will refund fees or reschedule if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we are not able to refund your fees.

• Gamekaiwa Requested
  If Gamekaiwa cancels a due to absence or technical difficulties, we'll refund the fee for that session. If the cancelation is with less than 24 hours notice, a free session credit will be offered in addition to the waived fees.
